The purpose of the application is to provide analytics solutions for e-service providers so they can understand how to deliver to customer expectations while optimizing costs, resources and projects.

The concept is that service quality may be measured from a consumer perspective. In other words, only those that use the service on a daily basis in pursuit of their job can decide if the service meets their needs or not, and to what degree.

To accomplish this goal, the application has dialogs. Application pages are web pages that you view using your browser. Each application page has a specific function and usage. Each application page contains one or more dialogs. Dialogs are where you interact with the application.
